That XtraFinder won't start after it becomes El Capitan. System Integrity Protection (SIP), the new security system for Mac, is limiting it. For better or worse, the only way to enable XtraFinder is to disable SIP. Restart your Mac and press "⌘ - + R" at the moment of startup.
Then, it will start in recovery mode, please start the terminal there and enter the following.

Successfully disabled System Integrity Protection. Please restart the machine for the changes to take effect.
