Challenge & solution
Challenge
A mechanism was needed to accept questions from general users to licensed professionals online, and to let experts respond efficiently. Designing the flow from question to answer to publication was the key challenge.
Solution
We developed a Q&A platform using PHP and JavaScript, organizing the flow of posting, answering, and publication management, and designing a UI that's easy for both experts and users.
Results
We launched the platform as "MoneQ," a Q&A service for licensed professionals, providing an online consultation platform connecting users with experts.
