課題

Estimate creation relied on individual staff experience, and inconsistencies in machinery selection and pricing led to money-losing projects. A mechanism was needed to quickly estimate costs based on building conditions and machinery operation.

施策

We turned the estimating workflow (building type, structure, area, and machinery configuration) into a web-based flow, incorporated an AI estimating engine that references past projects and a unit-price master, and linked it with machinery dispatch and operation management features.

成果
