Challenge
Scattered tools and extra work
Attendance requests and approvals for temporary staff were scattered across paper forms and disparate tools, creating a heavy burden for both managers and staff. Inquiry handling and matching also required significant manual effort.
Solution
One system plus AI
We developed an attendance approval app for iOS/Android using React Native, redesigning the on-site request-to-approval flow around mobile, and adding an AI chatbot and automatic matching features.
Results
A much lighter operation
We built an environment where attendance management is fully handled via smartphone, reducing the approval workload for managers and the request workload for staff, while automating inquiries and matching to improve overall operational efficiency.
