課題
Cargo information, vehicle availability, and truck dispatching were spread across spreadsheets and phone calls, making it time-consuming to track delivery efficiency and vehicle utilization. Customer and subcontractor data were also managed separately.
施策
We built a delivery management web system using Python, MySQL, and Vue.js, designed so that cargo registration, vehicle availability input, truck dispatching, and customer/subcontractor master data could all be operated from a unified set of screens.
成果
We provided a foundation for sharing delivery status and vehicle availability in near real time, streamlining dispatch coordination and unifying customer/subcontractor data management.
