Thank you for your support last year. Thank you again this year.

Thank you for your support last year. Thank you again this year.
Last year was actually a special year.
Since I came to Tokyo around 20 years ago, I have been working as a sole proprietor as a developer, but I absolutely needed to sell.
However, we barely opened last year.
The reason for this is that it can be said that it is all due to existing clients.
The system I developed, and the client's idea wins (honestly, this factor is a big one)
I was earning enough money from upgrades to the system, maintenance fees, and more.
I thought that this attempt would lead to a drop in revenue, but when I checked last year's accounts, it was not a drop at all.On the contrary, it had risen to the contrary.
Earn more with steady earnings. It was 2021, which I have nothing to say.
Thank you, everyone!
What is the difference between sites that work well and sites that don't?
I have written before that I will not aim for the finished form, but I think it is whether you can listen to it or not.
This is not to say that my advice is useful.
I'm just advising you to be pro-system or on the cutting edge of the IT industry.
There are some things I would like to ask you, but they are not necessarily correct.
(If someone can say the 100% right thing, I think it's just an overconfidence.)
Now, let's talk about who should be heard, but this is the opinion of the users who use the site.
We believe that the problem of not listening to the above will cause users of the site to do the same.
This has something in common with not aiming for the completion form written above, but if you open the site, it will not be completed, right?
We receive feedback from users who use the site, and we believe that we will improve and aim for a complete form.
Projects that target site openings often don't work well.
After all, it's just the opinions of a few people involved in the project.
Receive feedback from users, think about it, and improve the system.
I think this is the ideal form of development.
