On a business trip, I took an airline "Vanilla Air" to and from Tokyo→ Okinawa.
What I thought was that the cost performance is not good.
Of course, if it is a simple cost, it is No. 1, but there are many disadvantages.
The benefits are cheap.(I was 10,000 one-way, but I think it was about 6,000 yen at the cheapest)
1. There is only one flight per day, so time is limited. And it was quite crowded because it was taking time with other LLCs.
2. Basic boarding gate is far away, travel by bus and go to the boarding gate. In Okinawa, I felt like I was about 10 minutes away by car.
3. The small number of airports handled is good for Chiba residents, but the only airport handled is Narita, not Haneda.
4. The chair is narrow after all... The man in the back was in good shape or had his foot next to his... Personally, there is not even an emergency situation, and if there is not much baggage, it is easy because the area around the emergency exit is wide and there are no people sitting next to it.
